ClipMyStream is designed without customer accounts. We collect the minimum information needed to process and recover an order.
Information we use
We may process the replay link, clipping brief, creator handle, branding choices, selected moments, payment status, email address, referral code and technical security information such as an IP-derived abuse signal.
Why we use it
We use this information to validate sources, find candidate moments, render clips, deliver downloads, recover orders, prevent abuse, handle refunds and measure service reliability.
Processors
Hosting, video processing, storage and payment providers process limited information on our behalf. We do not sell customer information or use stream footage to impersonate creators.
Retention
Finished files and recovery links are temporary. Download completed orders promptly. Operational records may be retained for payment, fraud prevention, accounting and dispute handling.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. We may retain information required to resolve a payment dispute or meet a legal obligation.
