Our promise is straightforward: a failed render should not leave you paying for a clip we cannot deliver.
Failed automated clips
If a selected clip cannot be rendered, we will retry it. If it still cannot be delivered, we will refund the affected clip or offer an equivalent replacement. A technical retry is never a second purchase.
Unavailable sources
If a submitted replay becomes unavailable before the selected clips can be rendered, we will ask for a replacement link or refund the affected clips.
Change of mind
Video processing is a personalised digital service that begins at the customer’s request. Once rendering has started, a simple change of mind may not qualify for a refund. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact us with the payment email and private order reference. Never post a private recovery link publicly.
